Technology Manager

To be accountable for the ownership and direction for all technologies used within the operational organisation,  providing design authority and technical support from the technology perspective for all projects and initiatives that support business objectives and goals

 Position Objectives:

    • Managing an open, easy to reach and knowledgeable team of technology experts
    • Delivering clearly defined and communicated technology standards and strategies
    • Delivering and maintaining technology roadmaps to support the standards and strategies which align to business requirements
    • Maintaining and evolving the per technology patterns to support the standard classifications.
    • Ensuring the team deliver technology Designs In support of all initiatives and projects leveraging the above standards, roadmaps and patterns where applicable
    • Ensuring tight integration with the global Architecture & Engineering Business Solutions Architecture, Integration Architecture and Engineering functions

 

Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree level educated or equivalent experience
    • Proven architecture and technology team leadership experience

 

Skills & Knowledge:

    • Industry standard architecture methodologies and practices
    • Extensive experience of enterprise architecture and technology landscapes
