Our leading client who is a specialist software, technology and outsourcing consultancy requires a Project Manager – Housing Management.

The Project Manager – Housing Management will be required to take on an important role in the Service Delivery Team working with several concurrent customers on the implementation of the Housing Management System. You will be responsible for managing complex software implementations and/or infrastructure projects with external and/or internal customers.

You will work as part of a team providing multi-skilled service delivery as well as developing and maintaining the relationship with the customer. 

Within this role you will principally be responsible for:  

  • Set-up, organise, manage, control and deliver your projects on time, within budget and to the right quality, in line with a Project Management methodology.
  • Plan and control all projects – including monitoring, risk analysis, change control & contingency planning whilst maintaining the overall direction and integrity of the project.
  • You will be required to oversee other resource that may be involved from time to time, including 3rd parties, have proven Project Management experience implementing software and/or infrastructure implementations for external customers, be eager to improve implementation process and make recommendations, have a strong commercial awareness, Prince2 Practitioner and competent in the use of MS Project. 

Essential skills:

Good knowledge and previous experience of the Social Housing Sector, Housing organisations and policies, understanding of web applications, HTML, XML and Web Services plus relevant accreditations in Project Management, IT Service Management or Business Analysis.
