 1st Line Support Engineer / Helpdesk / End User  

I am working with an Award Winning Healthcare Solutions Company who are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Engineer with a proactive "can do" attitude. User support will be 1-1.5k with healthy projected growth over the next 12 months–2 years 

This is an excellent opportunity for your first or next step in IT, support and training will be provided with future opportunities for career progression 

Key skills:

  • Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
  • Fielding and re-directing calls as appropriate
  • Good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills are a must
  • Adaptability and willingness / ability to learn
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload efficiently 

Standard 1st line support duties: 

  • answering support queries via phone,
  • remote  and desk-side support,
  • profile & log-on issues
  • email support
