I am working with an Award Winning Healthcare Solutions Company who are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Engineer with a proactive "can do" attitude. User support will be 1-1.5k with healthy projected growth over the next 12 months–2 years. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a first or next step in IT. Support and training will be provided with future opportunities for career progression. 

Key skills:

  • Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues

  • Fielding and re-directing calls as appropriate

  • Good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills are a must

  • Adaptability and willingness / ability to learn

  • Must be enthusiastic and a hard worker

  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload efficiently 

  • Standard 1st line support duties: 

  • answering support queries via phone,
  • remote  and desk-side support,
  • profile & log-on issues
  • email support
