My leading client who is a Managed Services provider serving UK mid-market customers is currently seeking a Channel Development Agent Manager to based on-site in London.

They are currently looking to expand and further develop their Channel team, with a new exciting role for an experienced Channel Manager to look after Group’s Referral & Agent Partners. You will have experience in both engaging and developing Channel Partners, but also selling direct to end customers. You will educate partners in the Groups portfolio, enabling them to uncover opportunities for you to close. 

The Group has a converged services portfolio – including datacentre, connectivity, voice and cloud offerings.

 Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Management of Referral/Agent partners
  • Recruit and manage new Referral/Agent partners
  • Develop and manage annual Partner business & marketing plans
  • Engage with end user senior level decision makers over the phone and face to face
  • Revenue growth through account management of existing partner/end user relationships
  • Achievement of targeted business objectives in line with Agent sales plan
  • Specific management of relationships, agreements, service and commercial terms for partner organisations 

Required skills and experience: 

  • Experience of working in similar organisations / services portfolio: datacentre, connectivity, voice and cloud offerings
  • Relationship management and strategic networking
  • Strategic Partner Channel management experience
  • Worked as an integral part of a team
  • Worked to strict key targets & objectives
  • Delivered a solution based sales approach
  • Realised sales opportunities
  • Delivered strategic sales demonstrations
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent account planning skills
